Job Responsibilities:
- Data Input: Accurately entering maintenance data into the system, including work orders, equipment details, and maintenance schedules
- Data Verification: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data by cross-referencing with source documents or other reference materials
- Data Management: Updating and maintaining the database, including creating new records, updating existing entries, and ensuring data security and confidentiality
- Quality Control: Performing regular checks to identify and correct errors, remove duplicate entries, and ensure data consistency
- Reporting: Generating reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and other relevant metrics to support decision-making
- Document Management: Handling physical documents related to maintenance, such as scanning, indexing, and filing them appropriately
- Communication: Coordinating with maintenance staff and other departments to gather necessary data and ensure timely updates
- Compliance: Ensuring that data entry practices comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. WDOT, WAC Part L.
Required qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy,
- Strong time management skillset, with the ability to multi-task
- Must be organized, driven and self-motivated
- Must be able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check
