Position Description: This position is responsible for leading and developing the Engineering Team to ensure the efficient and successful estimating, planning and execution of work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all engineering activities of the company with continuous improvement and development of the team. (full-Commitment)
• Create a culture of performing high quality work by developing, communicating, and implementing plans, processes and tools for the company. (true-Craftsmanship)
• Communicate regularly with the leader of Technical Services to provide updates on project progress, issues and concerns, budgeted hours, and the goals/initiatives of the team. (one-Community)
