Dispatcher: Provides excellent communication with BEC Wind Services permanent employees and project specific employees to ensure all are assigned to projects or productive tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with BEC managers regarding employee availability, logistics and needs. Provide leadership that is consistent with established Mission Statement and Core Principles while demonstrating a Servant Leadership Model and promoting a “One Team” attitude. Support the BEC Wind Services team to ensure safe and profitable work is being performed. (one-Community)
• Develop and maintain familiarity with customers and the Barnhart branch network to locate manpower and resource projects effectively with properly qualified employees. Coordinate and schedule work crews, manpower and required equipment, including transportation and permitting.  (full-Commitment)
• Oversee data input into IFS for tracking employee timesheets, PTO time, per diem, and reimbursements Effectively coordinate employee assignments between multiple projects. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Problem solver with creative thinking skills. (true-Craftsmanship)
• Become proficient in using the BEC employee handbook as a tool to accurately code timesheets and communicate company policy to employees regarding travel, vehicle usage, time keeping, and other company policies. Ensure DOT requirements, OSHA regulations, OSHA/CDAC regulations, ANSI standards, BEC SOP’s, Qualification Program, and the BEC Safety Program are being followed. (high-Character)
