  • Provide parts support and procurement services for the Project Equipment Group
  • Establish and carry out processes and procedures for efficient procurement and inventory control
  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
  • Establish and maintain courteous, professional and effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and employees.
  • Pack and ship parts to customers and function as shipper/receiver
  • Efficiently maintain critical stock inventory



  • Inventory management and/or procurement related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete assignments
  • Capable of working well under stress and time pressure
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a variety of individuals including internal and external to the business
  • Ability to operate forklift and other material handling equipment



  • Sustain efficient procurement and inventory management processes
  • Form and cultivate loyal relationships with vendors, customers and co-workers
  • Negotiate fairly
